Tom Flynn

Mr. Flynn earned a BS degree in Financial Management and Accounting from Shippensburg State University. Later, he turned financing theory into practice at a private Wall Street investment banking firm before returning to Harrisburg to found the Flynn Group in 1979.
Beginning as a general construction company, the firm quickly grew to annualized sales of over $100 million. In 1989, Tom was named “The Northeastern States Entrepreneur of the Year”. This award was co-sponsored by Arthur Young, Philadelphia Business Journal and Inc. Magazine. In his career so far, Tom has self developed properties totaling $800 million and consulted and/or contracted for an additional $2.2 billion worth of real estate.

Employing his strong leadership and interpersonal skills, Tom assembled a talented management and support team that consistently exceeded expectations. As a privately held company, we pride ourselves on our ability to be agile and decisive.
